Grace gained a BA Hons in Fine Art Painting at Duncan of Jordanstone University of Dundee in 2000, where she was awarded the John C Low Scholarship Award.
She says of her work:
“Inspired by the colours, textures, patterns and a pure love of Scotland and its natural beauty, I have recently begun to develop my style and interest for painting land and seascapes.
Working mostly in acrylics, I have focused mainly on the west coast and recently other areas such as Glencoe and Skye. I love to build up the colours and textures indicative of Scotland and my aim is to bring the viewer closer to the land and remind them of just how lucky we are to have this beautiful, ancient, ever-changing and sometimes fragile place called Scotland.”
